Shipping & Returns
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Domestic Returns
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping.
- We will issue you a prepaid shipping return label. The label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- RETURN POLICY: Returns must be made within 7 days of the date on the receipt.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up, or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit.
- If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please contact us right away. Email us at jenniferfwebb@aol.com with a photo of the flaw or break and your order number. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear.
- Store Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- All merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Hair accessories, hats, earrings, bodysuits, candles, and matches are FINAL SALE
- Please allow 3 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift card with your store credit that you can use on the website minus the amount for the return shipping label.
- Any returns that are not processed through our return portal will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
